1. Our Commitment to Protecting Minors

At Bling, we are fully dedicated to creating a safe, trustworthy digital environment for users of all ages. However, only users over 18 years old can use our app.

The protection of children is a core responsibility, not a formality. We strictly prohibit all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material(CSAM) and will act swiftly against any user or entity engaging in such conduct.

Our enforcement measures include account suspension or permanent termination, device blocking, and reporting to competent legal authorities. We comply with global child safety standards, including Google Play’s Child Safety Policy, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Every action on Bling must respect the dignity of minors. Violations will never be tolerated, excused, or ignored.

2. Detection and Prevention Framework

To ensure robust prevention, Bling integrates automated detection technology, machine learning classifiers, and manual human review. Our moderation systems identify and flag suspicious patterns, keywords, images, and behaviors consistent with CSAE & CSAM.

Content is reviewed by trained safety specialists who apply strict guidelines for removal and escalation.

Examples of prohibited behaviors include:

1. 1. Any inappropriate or sexual interaction with minors (physical or verbal).
2. 2. Grooming — establishing emotional trust to exploit minors for sexual contact or explicit content.
3. 3. Sexualization or fetishization of children, even in non-nude imagery.
4. 4. Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors’ private photos.
5. 5. Recruitment or trafficking of minors for any commercial or sexual purpose.
6. 6. Any content that may contain child sexual abuse.

Bling reserves the right to remove content without notice when user actions pose risk to children’s well-being.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Users, guardians, and partners can help us by reporting concerning content or behavior.

We provide multiple secure and confidential reporting channels:

2. Our team reviews every report within a defined response window, prioritizing those involving minors.

4. Enforcement and Legal Cooperation

When violations are confirmed, Bling may take any or all of the following actions:

1. 1. Immediate and permanent termination of the offending account.
2. 2. Device-level bans to prevent re-registration.
3. 3. Preservation of evidence and reporting to law enforcement agencies.
4. 4. Collaboration with cybercrime and child protection task forces globally.

Our internal Compliance and Trust & Safety teams maintain full documentation of all CSAE investigations and uphold transparency when cooperating with authorities.

5. Education and Awareness Programs

Beyond enforcement, Bling believes prevention begins with knowledge. We regularly:
